Tales From the Crypt was a popular show on HBO in the 90's but it was more geared towards the adults and way to scary for me to watch when I was a kid. However, they did create an animated series just for kids and was more tamer than the HBO show.
They aired the show on the ABC Saturday morning cartoonline up in the mid 90's. The show lasted a couple of years on the line up and you can watch a few of the shows shown below from YouTube,,,
